"Heart of Wessex Line". It runs for 87 miles, passing through Bath, Wiltshire and
Somerset, ending at Weymouth in Dorset.
The line has a community rail partnership which brings together the local authorities

the local communities and their economies.

Link to Real Time Trains - a very useful website written by a computer science
student at Southampton university. It provides real time train running information
acquired from open train movement data from network rail and other sources. It allows
you to check the progress in real time of the train you are planning on catching. There
is also an Android™ mobile app available which can be downloaded for a small fee.
